For Sale: 1967 Chevrolet Nova in Volo, Illinois for sale in Ingleside, IL

Vehicle Description We recently sold one like this in pristine shape for way more then twice what this car is priced at.
This one is not perfect but it's a 67 Nova with an LS3, 6-speed, posi, custom chassis and a clean body! It has a lot to offer.
EXTERIOR:
The body is really clean and straight, it is smooth all along the bottoms.
I did not find any bubbles, the panels fit square and flush.
The paint has tiny metal flake evenly laid out that pops in the light.
The clearcoat is polished to a glossy finish.
Overall the chrome and trim are straight and shiny.
New windshield, the windows are tinted dark.
Weatherstrips and sill plates were replaced.
Great looking new 17 inch billet rally wheels with chrome centers, extra wide in the back.
I think the stance is great.
In the video I said we had the front end adjusted and the wheels don't rub.
Because it's lowered and has a much bigger wheel then the original, the potential to rub is always going to be there but it is very acceptable now.
INTERIOR:
It does have the good looking bucket seat interior with the white stripe down the center of the seats and matching door panels.
All the upholstery is in good shape, it's not ripped or torn but it's not new either.
The headliner is in real nice shape, carpet looks new.
We had a brand new set of blue Dakota Digital custom gauges installed.
It also has a polished tilt column, cushion grip steering wheel and a retro stereo.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT:
Very desirable LS3 motor with FI Tech injection system is producing about 430 hp.
That should launch this car like a rocket ship.
It has a serpentine belt system, remote oil filter and cooler.
It has an aluminum radiator with an electric fan.
The alternator looks new.
The metal engine bay is really dry, clean and straight.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT:
It has really dry, clean metal.
I don't see any splices in the quarters, no patches in the trunk floor.
We have given it a nice fresh coat of spatter paint.
Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted glossy.
UNDERSIDE:
Looking up at the motor you will see an extra capacity Miloden oil pan, high torque starter and solid motor mounts.
It has a Tremec 6-speed trans, we just had it rebuilt.
It has a hydraulic clutch that has an instantengagement.
In back is a Ford 9 inch rear.
It has a neatly installed, all welded exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers.
New fuel system including tank, straps, sending unit, electric fuel pump and high pressure braided hoses.
The front end has been gone through, new springs and the height was properly adjusted for these big wheels.
Frame connectors are welded in to prevent body twist.
In back it has a tubular 4 link system with adjustable coil over gas shocks.
The floors appear to be very solid metal, cleaned and painted black.
It has mini tubs to accommodate the wide tires.
This car is impressive the way it is and has potential to be amazing with some tinkering.
I'm talking about the fun tinkering- cosmetic items like engine covers, billet master cylinder, vent window rubber would bring this car to the next level.
It's beautiful they way it sits and driving it is exhilarating! I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now.
A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking.
What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered.
One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
