Vehicle Description Overall very tidy, attractive car.
The Mustang is the most popular collector car in the world.
This one here is one of the easiest to use and maintain.
Actually it has just been serviced and is turn key ready to go.
EXTERIOR:
It's a very pretty car.
Painted it's original metallic blue color.
The metal flake is laid out very nicely, the clear coat is polished and is exceptionally glossy.
The body itself is in excellent condition.
It's straight and everything fits very well.
It does look like the chrome has mostly been replaced.
Up front it has a new bumper, bumper guards, turn signal bezels and emblems.
It even has the optional chrome louver on either side of the grill.
It has the optional wheel well trim, the mirrors and door handles look new.
The stainless trim around the windows is not new but very good.
In back the tail lights, bumper, gas cap, reverse lights all look new.
Windshield was replaced, the side windows roll up and fit nicely.
The door jambs are tidy, the weather strips have been replaced.
The Uniroyal tires were just replaced.
It has the optional wire wheel hubcaps with spinners.
INTERIOR:
Nice looking blue interior.
Overall shows very well.
as a cassette stereo with the dual speakers in the dash and 6x9s in the backIt has a very rare bench seat with the fold down armrest.
Blue seat belts front and back.
It looks like a majority of the interior has been replaced- the door panels, armrests, carpet, upholstery, headliner etc.
The interior lights work and the chrome sparkles.
The instrument bezel, glove box door and dash pad look new.
It also has pony floor mats.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT:
Super easy to maintain Sprint 6 cylinder.
It runs like a swiss watch.
It is the original motor, the metal tag is still attached.
The motor compartment is detailed up real nice too.
It's dressed up with chrome valve cover, air cleaner, support bars, monte carlo bar and alternator.
The motor is painted a fresh Ford blue.
It just had a tune up, new valve cover gasket, new carburetor and fuel pump.
It has a new battery with an Autolite topper.
New alternator and regulator.
The brake master cylinder is new.
The engine bay is clean metal painted gloss black, under the hood is gloss blue.
The horns are mounted and hooked up properly, the washer bag has electric pump and it's hooked up to the squirters.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT:
It has a solid trunk compartment.
Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted real nice.
It has a trunk liner with the matching cover over the spare tire.
The weather strip, decal and seat divider look new.
UNDERSIDE:
Brakes were gone through- new hoses, wheel cylinders and shoes.
In front it has new ball joints, bushings and shocks.
The metal is all solid.
Clean frame rails and floors.
Bottom of the motor is clean.
The trans is a C-4 automatic.
It was rebuilt by KB trans.
The exhaust looks new.
It has duals coming out of the muffler.
