Overview:
The Village at Victory LakesLindenhurst, ILThe Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Receptionist for our Assited Living Facility; who is customer and patient focused and wants to be a part of a Healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy.
Experience in a Senior Living organization is a plus.
We are currently hiring part-time receptionists.

Responsibilities:
Professionally greet visitors and assist residents with their questions or needs; while still maintaining the residents rights to confidentiality.
Answer multi-line telephone, transfer calls, messages to appropriate personnel.
Daily mail and package distribution to residents and staff.
Promote a team environment within the department and facility.
Participates in all required in-services and/or department meetings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitesOrganized, and likes working in fast paced environment.

High School diploma or equivalent DegreeTwo years of experience in administrative / reception workMust enjoy working with the senior populationThe Village at Victory Lakes is a vibrant senior living community in Lindenhurst, Illinois.
The Village at Victory Lakes is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care.
Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.
